2. eligibility to participate

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland1 (DACH region) are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded. Participation with forged identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.

3. participation period

The competition begins on June 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CET and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CET. Receipt of the entry form within this period is decisive.

4. prize and winning condition

The prize is a free place on the “Breath & Rise” retreat in Mallorca in April 2026.

The prize will only be raffled off if the Instagram account of the organizer @deepdive.breathwork reaches the 12,000 follower mark by 31 December 2025 at 11:59 pm CET. If the follower mark is not reached, no prize draw will take place and there is no entitlement to the prize.

The retreat space includes:

• • The participation fee for the retreat (all course content and workshops).
  • 7 nights in a double room or single room in the retreat house on Mallorca.
  • Catering
• Not included in the profit:
  • Travel costs to and from Mallorca (flights, transfers).
  • Personal expenses on site (e.g. drinks outside of meals, excursions, massages).
  • Travel insurance (trip cancellation, health insurance, etc.).
  • Any other costs that are not explicitly listed in the “included in profit” section.
• The prize is non-transferable, cannot be changed and cannot be paid out in cash. Resale is prohibited. The value of the retreat place is approx. 4,000 €.

5. participation in the raffle

To enter the competition, all of the following steps must be completed within the entry period:

1. Follow the Instagram account of the organizer: @deepdive.breathwork
2. Like the official competition post on the organizer’s Instagram profile.
3. Comment under the official competition post why you want this retreat so much / what you hope to get out of it.
4. Tag at least 3 friends in your comment who might also be interested in this retreat or the topics of the account.

Additional chances of winning (optional steps for extra tickets):

• Share the official competition post in your Instagram Story and tag the organizer account @deepdive.breathwork. Each publicly shared and correctly tagged story post counts as an additional “ticket”. For private profiles, a screenshot of the story must be sent to the organizer via direct message.

6. determination of winners and notification

If the follower mark of 12,000 is reached by December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CET, the winner will be chosen at random from all qualified participants (e.g. using an online tool to draw comments).

The winner will be drawn within 14 working days after the end of the participation period or after reaching 12,000 followers. The winner will be notified via a direct message on Instagram. The winner must contact the organizer within 72 hours of being notified. If no response is received by the deadline, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be chosen.

The name of the winner (Instagram handle) may be publicly announced on the organizer’s Instagram account (e.g. in the story or a separate post). By participating, the participant agrees to this.

7. data protection information

The following personal data of the participants will be collected in order to carry out the competition: Instagram user name, comments, likes, direct messages if applicable. This data will be used exclusively for the implementation and processing of the competition and will be deleted after completion (at the latest 6 months after the end of the competition), provided that there are no statutory retention obligations. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the handover of the prize (e.g. travel agency, if relevant, not the case here).

By participating in the competition, participants consent to the above use of their data. Every participant has the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of their data as well as the right to data portability and objection. For contact details, see point 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

8. exclusion of participants

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of suspected manipulation, violation of these conditions of participation or attempts to influence the competition. This applies in particular to the use of bots, scripts or similar automated aids.

9. liability

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions or errors that could affect participation in the competition. No guarantee is given that the retreat will take place on a specific date as this may depend on location availability and other factors (however Mallorca 2026 is indicated, this provides some certainty). Should the retreat have to be canceled due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, an attempt will be made to offer an alternative date or an equivalent alternative. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the monetary value.

10. changes to the conditions of participation

The organizer reserves the right to change these conditions of participation if necessary or to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

11. other

This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
