Breathwork offers you a powerful method for self-discovery. Through Conscious Connected Breathing® you can release emotional blockages and develop a deep understanding of yourself.
The practice supports you in recognizing your true needs and goals more clearly by giving you access to your subconscious. Breathwork opens up the space for personal insight and growth, helping you to understand yourself better and live more authentically.
A Breathwork session usually lasts 2 ½ hours (of which approx. 60 – 90 minutes are dedicated to the breathing process) and takes place in a safe space that allows you to concentrate fully on your breath. The session begins with an introduction to the breathing technique, followed by a phase in which the intensity of the breath is gradually increased. Optionally, the session can be introduced with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and deepen the experience.
Throughout the session you will be supported by constant guidance and bodywork so that you feel safe and held. The session ends with a final reflection and rest phase in which you can integrate what you have experienced and reflect on it at your own pace.
