Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about Breathwork and our retreats. Whether you are new to Breathwork or already experienced – our answers are intended to offer you guidance and support. If your question is not answered here, we look forward to hearing from you directly.

  1. Regular breathwork ceremonies in smaller groups:
    These sessions allow you to immerse yourself in the power of the breath together with others in an intimate setting. The group atmosphere creates a strong sense of connection and supports you in going through deep emotional processes.
    The current energy balance for a group session is €69 per person (incl. ceremonial cocoa).
  2. 1:1 sessions:
    In these personal sessions, I work intensively with you to explore and work on your individual issues. These tailored sessions offer space for deep immersion and targeted support on your path of self-development.
    The current energy balance for a single session is €240. (incl. ceremonial cacao)
  3. Parent-Bonding: Parent & Child:
    These special Breathwork sessions are designed to strengthen the bond between parent and child. Through breathing exercises together, you will foster a deeper emotional connection and a better understanding of each other.
  4. Breathing techniques as tools for everyday life:
    Here you will learn simple but effective breathing techniques that you can use in everyday life to reduce stress, improve your concentration and find emotional balance. These tools will help you to use your breath as a constant companion for more serenity and joie de vivre.

In a Breathwork Ceremony I will accompany you into the depths of your being. Connect with your heart with the help of ceremonial Cacao, Conscious Connected Breathing® & the deep relaxation at the end. We start with the cacao to slowly calm our mind and gently open our heart. Drinking ceremonial cacao is a mindful practice, for which we take our time. Listen to music and journal if you like.

This is followed by the Conscious Connected Breathing® session. This involves using a dynamic breathing technique for 90 minutes. Ancient knowledge is combined with the latest neuroscientific findings to create a powerful tool. The session is accompanied by carefully selected music. The result of this combination is a change in the body’s own biochemistry. This change can reduce fatigue and stress, strengthen the immune system and manifest itself in a positive and energized presence. It also allows you to access parts of the subconscious that are otherwise difficult to access.

This is immediately followed by a deep relaxation in which you can simply let yourself drift and immerse yourself in your own world, the world beyond everything that happens on the outside. Listening to the voice of your heart, receiving messages or simply having one.

You don’t need any previous knowledge – everyone is welcome.

Breathwork leads to physiological changes in the body and can lead to intense physical and emotional relaxation. Therefore, this work is not suitable for pregnant women, people with cardiovascular problems, stroke, epilepsy, clinical anxiety disorder, high intraocular pressure, a diagnosis of bipolar, schizophrenia or severe psychosis or with recent surgery or broken bones in the upper body (exceptions if the participant has a mutually signed agreement with the teacher).

  • We have mats and blankets on site.
  • Make sure you wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your breathing.
  • Please do not eat any heavy meals two hours before the session.
  • Please set your cell phone to flight mode shortly before the session.
  • Bring a journal, pen, water bottle and thick socks.

Bodywork can play a deeply supportive role in Breathwork sessions by intensifying and deepening the process of breathwork. During a Breathwork session, the focus is on controlled, conscious breathing to release emotional, physical and energetic blockages. Bodywork complements this process by supporting the body through targeted touch or pressure points to release the tensions released during the breathing process.

In particular, bodywork can positively support the following processes:

  1. Releasing physical blockages:
    During an intensive breathing phase, tension can manifest itself in the body. Through gentle but targeted touch, the bodyworker helps to release these tensions by restoring the flow of energy and deepening the breath.
  2. Promoting body awareness:
    Bodywork helps participants to focus more strongly on the sensations in their body. This increases awareness of the connection between breath and physical reactions and supports deeper emotional and physical processing.
  3. Support with emotional releases:
    Strong emotions can come up during Breathwork. Bodywork can help to release these by having a calming effect and supporting the body to let go of what is being held.

The combination of breathwork and bodywork creates a powerful healing process that can bring about profound changes on both a physical and emotional level.
